Clipped, cleansing acidity refreshes; subtly sweet, yeasty fruit bloom notes linger. Made from early-harvested Vinha Pan[asqueira] Baga, this sophisticated and distinctly dry, zero dosage, traditional method fizz spent 30 months on lees and has no added sulphites.
