Rui Madeira, Beyra Rosado, Beira Interior, Portugal, 2020

A pale salmon pink rosé with pretty, fresh aromas of strawberries, raspberries and cherries. Nice depth of red berry fruit on the palate is balanced by really zingy citrus notes that linger on the mouthwatering, tangy finish, with fresh acidity throughout. Makes me want a plate of freshly grilled prawns to pair with it – and super value for money.
