Not only is this a classy label (with traditional Portuguese azulejo tiles) but you don't expect such elegance, balance and complexity for £5.99. Aromas of ripe dark purple berries continue on a smooth, rich palate of earthy and savoury bramble fruit and perfumed violet notes. Great acidity, rustic tannins, sweet spices and a long, fresh finish.
