A 10-year-old tawny made in collaboration with Symington Family Estates, the 2020 bottling appears rosy and garnet in colour, with a salted hazelnuts attack, which opens up to a bouquet of almonds, burnt sugar, preserved red cherry and raisins. Aged in seasoned oak casks, it features a palate of earthy sour cherry, strawberry jam, caramel, liquorice and sweet spices, with a decent level of acidity to refresh, followed by a long finish of roasted nuts and dried figs.
