Fleshy, moreish expression of Sousão, fermented in stainless steel and aged for six months in oak. Black cherry, plum, blackberry and blueberry jam at the core, lined with sweet spices and cocoa powder. Mineral lift to the assertive but fine-grained tannins, which do not undermine juiciness and drinkability. Best enjoyed slightly chilled.
