The family-owned Quinta de Paços estate has been producing wines since the 16th century. Its appealing Vinho Verde delivers honeyed aromas of freshly sliced lemon, green apple and beeswax. Vibrant palate, layers of grapefruit and lemon citrus, hints of stone fruit, honey and herbs, plus a mouthwatering streak of salinity. Textured mid-palate, thanks to time on lees and a bone-dry finish. This will continue to develop in bottle.
