This family-run winery farms more Grenache than any other Cape estate. This wine is from vines averaging 25 years but going back to 1973, all planted at altitude and dry farmed. High-toned but spry, showing baked strawberry, peppery balsamic notes and cinnamon alongside a tarry, mineral edge.
