One of the finest expressions of Riesling in South Africa. The cool Elgin climate emphasises the full steeliness of the grape’s acidity, using it as a frame to hang layers of pure white peach and citrus fruit, intense lime cordial and a lovely long, balanced, green-apple finish with just the faintest hint of residual sweetness.
