Available from 1 November, this new addition to the range sees the neutral Palomino grape used in Sherry at home in South Africa. The old-vine plantings produce a tangy and crisp white with fresh green apple flavours, lipsmacking acidity and a saline twist on the finish. Cries out for shellfish.
