Combining 16 different white Loire, Rhône, Italian and Mediterranean grape varieties is almost certainly a record in South Africa, but the trend may catch on based on the quality of this wine from Duncan Savage and Kiara Scott. Naturally fermented in older oak, it has aromas of rose petal and Turkish delight, quince, pear and grapefruit flavours and a hint of skin tannins.
