Real class and authority: fine, lifted white blossom aromas, hints of lemon biscuits, baking herbs and white stone fruits. Palate is rich but restrained, with well-honed, focused fruit purity and impressive balancing minerality. It has a characteristically rich, fleshy mouthfeel and texture, flavours of citrus, tangerine and baked green apple.
