Ntsiki Biyela, South Africa's first female black winemaker, says there's such limited stock of this wine because she keeps drinking it herself. It's dangerously moreish, with a raspy tisane-tannin texture, zingy orange juice acidity and lingering flavours of ripe orchard fruit, beeswax and candied citrus peel.
