Great verve and freshness throughout. Zesty lemon, clementine and grapefruit give vertical energy while fleshy melon, white peach and braeburn apple build a fleshy core. Subtle salinity and pleasant weight on the mid palate. A small percentage of oak-fermented and aged fruit adds nutty creaminess and posed length. Medium finish with a tail of blanched almonds and apple peel.
