Concentrated fruit from dry-farmed, low yielding bush vines over 45 years old are are sourced from Swartland and Durbanville for this delicious Chenin, part of the winery's flagship Landscape Series. The wine is wild-yeast fermented and aged for nine months in 500L French oak barrels, giving gentle spice and textural nutty complexity to the vibrant palate of exotic fruit, mandarin, hay and wild herbs.
