Sondagskloof is an exciting new coastal area close to the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley, where Wade Sander is making a range of impressive wines. This is a separately fermented cuvée of Sauvignon Blanc and 33% Semillon, with lovely texture and balance, some savoury grip and flavours of nutmeg, grapefruit and oyster shell.
