A considered blend of grapes from different vineyards, all vinified separately and including 2% of naturally fermented Chenin vinified on skins and 2% of sweet Chenin from raisined grapes. Attractive yellow stone fruit and citrus aromas. More ripe citrus and stone fruit on the rounded palate, which is cut through with mouthwatering acidity, leading to a crisp, chalky finish with grapefruit pith dryness.
