Albeit under different cuvée names, there's a reason Graham Beck NV sparkling is at most UK supermarkets, all for about this price point – because it is such a reliable, enjoyable, good-value fizz. Made by Pieter 'Bubbles' Ferreira, this Chardonnay-Pinot Noir blend is from 2021 base wine and balances moderate dosage with ripe fruit, giving good concentration of green apple, lemon pith and yeasty notes. £14 at Ocado until 18 July.
