Leaf Plucker, Sauvignon Blanc, Western Cape, 2017

Named after the sheep that freely roam the vineyards, eating the vine leaves and allowing the sun to reach all the clusters of grapes. This is partially aged in French oak to lend a touch of texture, body and spice to the zesty lime and gooseberry flavours.
