Marks & Spencer, Gable Lodge Wild Ferment, Western Cape, South Africa 2023

This South African Chardonnay is made by Stellenrust, with fruit from vineyards in Stellenbosch and Breedekloof Valley. Fermented in oak with wild yeast, there's nice texture to the palate, with subtle stone fruit and tropical notes, some spice and an undertow of minerality. Good value.
