Amandla, Freedom Blush Rosé, Worcester, South Africa, 2022

This rosé joins Amandla's Sauvignon Blanc and Shiraz-Zinfandel on the shelves of Sainsbury's for summer 2023. Launched last year, the South African brand was created by HER Wine Collection, a majority black-owned and 100% black female-run business: 'amandla' means 'power'. A fruit-forward style, with juicy red berries, a fresh citrus finish and lingering red cherry notes.
