Appealing nose with warm notes of leather and spice followed by a silky, graceful, persistent palate showing some vegetal development. The concentrated, fleshy core is nicely balanced by a solid, sinewy structure and a lively edge of citrussy acidity. Honest, plummy and immensely likeable.
