An excellent, savoury rosé that’s made by a top Spanish producer with almost a century of winemaking behind it. A blend of 85% Viura and 15% Tempranillo, it has beautiful balance of red apple skin tannins, nectarine fleshiness and a citrus edge. A real food wine, perfect with prawns or salmon.
