Selected parcels of old vine fruit from the DO of Calatayud in Aragon are fermented and bottled elsewhere, so this wine is declassified. Don't let that put you off though, as this freedom from the DO regulations ensure there is plenty of value to be had. Vibrant black fruits and blueberry notes are filled out with background spices and textural tannins that firm up the mouthfeel.
