Fragrant and inviting aromas of lemon zest, freshly picked and crushed mint leaves, dried herbs and white peach flesh. It's stony and mineral with a chalky, limestone sensation in the mouth and elongating acidity. This has great concentration of pure citrus fruit, softened on the finish by smears of creamy vanilla and toast. The oak is well integrated and the wine retains a refined, elegant character. It manages to be both refreshing and linear, and concentrated and complex. An almost-Burgundian style, showing the great potential of the Godello grape in Spain’s northwestern corner.
