Finca Fella, Cala Rey Blanco, Vino de la Tierra de Castilla, Castilla-La-Mancha, Spain 2020

Finca Fella was founded in 2017 when Tomasso Ciampoli purchased a 25-hectare plot of low-yield bush vines ranging between 60 and 100 years old. This blend of Verdejo and Sauvignon Blanc has a full aroma of apple, peach and white flowers, which is reflected in the mouth too, along with some gooseberry and herb notes. Intense, fresh and round, it's a great match for fish and chicken dishes as well as salads.
