Tardencuba, Autor, Toro, Castilla y Léon, Spain, 2011

Fleshy, dark-fruited wine with hints of earthy development to add complexity to the spiced damson fruit. There’s some spicy oak in the background but it doesn’t dominate. Firm tannins are well integrated. Hint of cola spice on finish. Decent length.
