From old bush vine Tempranillo, this is an impressive statement wine. Bold and forward, with plush black fruit and a meaty undertone. Slick and serious, with oak spice, tar, smoke, fat juicy berries and sweet plum sauce. The texture is suave, velvety, serious and delicious. Could certainly take being decanted, and enjoyed over an evening. Keep for another five to eight years to see further development. Member exclusive at £25.99.
