A summery, juicy blend from Catalonia's Pla de Bages appellation majoring on the local Picapoll (Languedoc's Clairette) with Macabeo and Chardonnay. Refreshing lemony apple flavours with hints of wax, herbs and anis. A nice combination of freshness and roundness, with a bit of a difference.
