If you like your fizz dry, then Cava is always a great option at this price point (Prosecco is usually a little sweeter). This organic 100% Macabeo is fresh with ripe peach fruit. The same producer’s Brut, priced at £5.29, isn’t as tasty, but the gold bottle is very festive (if a little gaudy).
