Still a lot of verve and ageing potential in this 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon with its pure black and blue fruit over a meaty, delicious layer of roasted pepper and sundried tomatoes. A thin lining of mint, sage and eucalyptus provides an elegant frame to the fruit while adding freshness and fluidity. Very good integration of both alcohol and wood.
