Juvé y Camps, Milesimé Blanc de Noirs Gran Reserva, Cava 2014

Red fruit (cranberry, currant, red cherry and pomegranate) add crunchy vibrancy and grip to the creamy citrus (lemon curd, lemon loaf cake) at the core of this wine. A streak of blood orange adds an energetic kick while toasted bread, salted roasted almonds and coffee bean build a smoky layer of great elegance. Toffee and caramel linger in the moreish finish, supported by persistent mousse.
