Hailing from a particularly good vintage for Juvé & Camps, this is a fizz of focused depth with a distinct saline lining. Salted almonds, fennel tops, aniseed and sweet liquorice build the singular character of this wine. Underneath, there's a trademark fleshy orchard fruit and juicy citrus - all supported by a robust acid line and mineral backbone.
