Raventós i Blanc, L'Hereu, Blanc de Blancs Cava, 2010

From its bright lemon hue to its apple blossom and green herb flavours, this is unmistakably Cava. Made from a traditional blend of Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada, it is a very fine example. Although this may seem a high price to pay for Cava, it'€™s worth every penny. Just don'€™t waste it on a festive Bucks Fizz.
