Although quite subtle and reserved on the nose, there's great delicacy to the palate, showing fresh Golden Delicious apples and white peaches on first sip, and then lots of citrus-led power and drive as the wine moves across the tongue. It's mineral and stony, and leaves you with a tingling sensation that's really refreshing, calling out for a mouthful of ultra-fresh young creamy cheese.
