A highly accomplished example of the levels of complexity that Albariño can achieve, this wine, partially aged in French oak barrels, offers a sucker punch to the nose on first sniff. Bursting with aromas of ripe apricot, Honeydew melon, guava, roses and orange peel, this has a really exotic feel, and is so open and expressive. The palate is full, rich and viscous, but still incredibly fresh. There's a creaminess that comes out on the finish. A seriously impressive, immersive wine that deserves a spot at the dinner table. A new limited parcel.
