Night-harvested at 700 metres above sea level, when the temperatures are much cooler, this herbal and aromatic white features exotic scents of peach, citrus and dried mango and soft, peachy flavours with orange zest, lemon juice and salt. It's super-fresh and finishes with a lovely crunchy green apple character. Delicious!
