The rosé version of the Basque country’s fresh and zesty white Txakoli. Bold and bright aromas of wild strawberry, and the essence of pure raspberry and cherry. There’s a bite of blood orange too. The palate is so refreshing and continually evolving, showing first tomato leaf, red pepper and orange rind, and gradually more cherry skin and raspberry pip. It’s dry, a little grippy, and supremely drinkable, while also being a great option for a picnic or barbeque – especially when poured from a height in the traditional way!
