The perfect after-work wind down, ideally alfresco in the early evening sunlight: a chilled glass of this classic, good value manzanilla Sherry and some almonds and olives on hand to nibble on. Heaven. Tangy, briney and yeasty with appley fruit, the sherry is crisp, delicate and bone-dry. Given that it has matured under a veil of yeast (flor) for seven years before bottling, it's incredible value for money. Don't hang on to this for too long after purchasing, and keep in the fridge after opening.
