A delicious, linear and saline Sherry that's aged for five years as a fino under flor before fortification and oxidative ageing for a further nine years to become an amontillado. It shows beautiful burnished walnut skin notes along with almond brittle sweetness, dusty oak spice and mouthwatering acidity.
