Uniquely, Lustau releases not one but three different en rama Sherries each year: Fino de Jerez En Rama, Fino del Puerto En Rama and this Manzanilla de Sanlúcar En Rama. Distinctive nose shows florality with notes of chamomile and some white peach. Savoury, nutty and creamy on the palate with bready notes and russet apple. Marked by brisk salinity that gives a crisp, lipsmacking finish. Delicious!
