Morrisons, The Best Oloroso Dry, Jerez, Spain, NV

Aged in American oak casks, this dry Oloroso is amber coloured, with pronounced nose of orange zest, marmalade, banana and dried apricot, on top of caramel and a soy sauce undertone. Very savoury palate of umami, almonds, hazelnuts and dried tangerine peel, spiced up by wood and herbal notes. Saline and nutty notes lingers on.
