Produced in partnership with Emilio Lustau, this is a classic Palo Cortado with the richness of an Oloroso but with freshness and flavours more in line with an Amontillado. Characteristics of dried orange peel, floral orange blossom, fresh apple and that distinct nuttiness on the nose and palate, finishing in a salty, balsamic tang.
