A perfect wine to wean Cream Sherry lovers onto drier, more elegant styles such as amontillado and palo cortado. Grapes are sourced from Lustau's Montegilillo vineyard on the Jerez Superior's chalky-white albariza soils and after fortificated the wine is solera-aged for 12 years in American oak casks. Concentrated aromas and flavours of figgy pudding, creamy milk-chocolate raisins and toasted almonds with warming alcohol.
