On sale from early May, this is a simple, easygoing rosé without pretensions. If you favour the paler, crisper style of rosé that you find in Provence, Navarra is not the place to look. But if you'd enjoy a juicier, darker (and, let's face it, cheaper) incarnation, then the Spanish region can be a fertile hunting ground. This is vivid, almost bubblegum in colour, but dry, with ripe and juicy strawberry fruit flavours. A good choice for poolside drinking, or take it along to a barbecue.
