Fragrant top notes of rose petals, jasmine and apple blossom are followed by juicy white grapefruit, lime, pear peel, green apple, Asian pear, guava and green olives. Firm acid backbone, lovely zesty grip adding vibrancy throughout and a saline, briny finish. An ideal great companion to tapas.
