90% Viura with 10% Malvasia. Lemon curd, beeswax, pineapple and toasted brioche lead the nose. Gentle notes of camomile, apple blossom, vanilla and camphor hover playfully. Wide and long on the palate with good persistence. Lingering flavours of honeyed almonds, cooked quince and mango, under a fine layer of lanolin and lemon zest.
