With experience working with the likes of Vega Sicilia and Pingus, Patricia Benitez decided to strike out on her own, recovering abandoned old vines in the relatively unknown Fuentenebro. This Tempranillo yields bold and sticky black fruits with subtle spices. Round and soft but with good acidity and some tannic bite, it finishes on a bitter note with some balsam and chocolate.
