Txacoli flies under the radar, but fans of the light and spritzy Spanish white are devotees indeed – this is the only one listed by The Wine Society but has a loyal following, says buyer Pierre Mansour. Unlike many examples of the style, which can be very neutral in character, this one is incredibly expressive, super lively and fresh with a juicy and crisp lemon zestiness, and a slight pepperiness. Really wakes you up! Perfect if you want a light and crisp white to accompany shellfish.
