Beautiful, nuanced nose led by camomile and wild flowers. Soft and wide on the palate with a delicious unctuosity coating the fleshy pear, melon and quince fruit. Zesty freshness brings the flavours into focus, a fine acid line offsetting the rich and wide mid-palate. Subtle and elegant use of wood adds a fine layer of toasted almonds and warm brioche.
