A traditional blend of Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada from a modern, organic winery just 10km from the coast, south of Barcelona. It has fine bubbles, bright mineral aromas and a tight, lean citrussy palate leading to a creamy peach finish. A classy match for prawns.
